What You'll Do: Guide customers through the vehicle purchase process
from initial greeting to final delivery. Match customers with the right new or pre-owned vehicle to fit their lifestyle and budget. Build strong relationships by providing a transparent, customer-focused experience. Follow up with leads and prospects to develop a strong book of business. Collaborate with the Finance and Service departments to ensure customer satisfaction. Stay current on BMW models, features, incentives, and industry trends. Who We're Looking For: Previous automotive sales experience is a plus, but we're willing to train the right go-getter. Positive attitude with a strong work ethic and self-motivation to succeed. Excellent communication skills and a passion for helping people. Ability to multi-task, stay organized, and work in a fast-paced environment. Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record.
