BDC Internet Sales Consultant

Our Business Development Center plays a critical role in creating and maintaining a premium customer experience. You will be the voice of Zimbrick Salesbuilding trust, setting appointments, and helping clients connect with our dealership. If you thrive on communication, organization, and customer satisfaction, this is the role for you! What You'll Do Respond promptly to all internet inquiries within established time frames. Answer customer questions regarding new/pre-owned vehicles, trade-ins, and promotions. Schedule appointments for our in-store sales staff. Communicate with clients and prospects via their preferred contact method (phone, email, text). Stay current on product knowledge, features, and promotions. Participate in product and sales training as required. Master both written and verbal communication skills. Deliver an outstanding customer experience every time. Perform additional duties as assigned. What You'll Bring Strong interest in learning and advancing within the automotive industry. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with excellent follow-up and follow-through. Attention to detail with strong organizational and multi-tasking skills. Comfort navigating multiple software applications. Professional and positive attitude with a customer-first mindset. Valid driver's license with a good driving record. 6 PM Saturday: 8 AM
4 PM 40 hours per week. Standard schedule: MondayFriday with every other Saturday. If scheduled for a Saturday, you'll receive a day off during the week. Note: This is an on-site role. All work will be performed at Zimbrick's Corporate Offices located on our Fish Hatchery Road Camp.
