
Sales BDC Rep
Are you a people person who thrives on variety? Our BDC team is responsible for establishing and maintaining a premium, high line customer experience for our clients. You will play the crucial role of being the voice of Zimbrick Sales through exemplary customer contact. Mastering your personal communication skills is the goal of every member of our team. What You'll Do Respond promptly to all internet inquiries within established time frames. Answer customer questions regarding new/pre-owned vehicles, trade-ins, and promotions. Schedule appointments for our in-store sales staff. Communicate with clients and prospects via their preferred contact method (phone, email, text). Stay current on product knowledge, features, and promotions. Participate in product and sales training as required. Master both written and verbal communication skills. Deliver an outstanding customer experience every time. Perform additional duties as assigned. What You'll Bring Strong interest in learning and advancing within the automotive industry. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with excellent follow-up and follow-through. Attention to detail with strong organizational and multi-tasking skills. Comfort navigating multiple software applications. Professional and positive attitude with a customer-first mindset. Valid driver's license with a good driving record. 6 PM Saturday: 8 AM
4 PM 40 hours per week. If scheduled for a Saturday, you'll receive a day off during the week.
