Customer Service Representative

As a Customer Experience Representative, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our customers receive exceptional service. Responsibilities include reviewing the accuracy of incoming orders and efficiently collecting and inputting orders submitted via fax, email, voicemail, or online order entry systems. You will provide comprehensive support to the Account Specialist, ensuring seamless order processing and customer satisfaction. You will accurately process orders and perform data entry tasks to maintain up-to-date and precise records. You will ensure the accuracy of outgoing orders, verifying all details before final submission. You will operate as an integral part of the office support staff, assisting with various administrative tasks. You will scan, file, and upload documents to maintain organized and accessible records. You will order and manage office supplies to ensure the office runs smoothly. You will assist with scheduling appointments and managing calendars to optimize efficiency. Essential skills include strong attention to detail and accuracy, excellent organizational and multitasking skills, proficiency in data entry and office software, strong communication and interpersonal skills, the ability to work independently and as part of a team, and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. Additional skills and qualifications include experience in customer service and support, familiarity with purchase order processes, and proficiency in MS Excel. The role involves working in a dynamic office setting, using various office software and tools. The position requires standard office hours, with a focus on maintaining organized and efficient operations. Casual business attire is expected. This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Ontario, CA. The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $24.00/hr.
