Turn 14 Distribution is growing and seeking a Sales Representative to join our Domestic Performance team. The ideal candidate is goal-oriented and possesses the competitive qualities to continue our strong growth trajectory. This role will drive our company to the next level of success by effectively managing new and existing customer accounts. Location: Ferndale, MI Responsibilities
Fostering customer relationships Frontline representation of Turn 14 Distribution and the brands we distribute Identifying, strategizing, and overcoming competitive WD sales, pricing, and business practices Utilizing advanced reporting to achieve sales and margin goals Cross-departmental collaboration Boosting the company agenda Visiting dealers as an individual or with our Outside Sales Team Professionally representing Turn 14 Distribution and/or our manufacturers at industry trade shows Requirements
Exceptional communication skills, both spoken and written Ability to build and maintain strong relationships Deep understanding of the Domestic Performance market, including brands, products, and vehicle platforms Technical knowledge preferred, especially regarding engine internals Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Self-motivated and committed to driving personal and professional success There at Every Turn
