Friday | Shift 8:00am

6:00pm Tuesday - Saturday | Shift 7:00am - 4:15pm and Saturday 7:00am - 2:00pm Our Position: Responsible for accurately entering sales agreements from both outside and inside sales teams on a daily basis. This position is highly detail-oriented, as all entries directly impact commission calculations for payroll. Ensuring the agreement is filled out completely and correctly and all necessary steps in the Rocket sales process were followed. Verifying the accuracy of documents before entry. Conducting regular reviews of sales data to identify and correct any discrepancies or errors. Collaborating with the sales team to resolve any issues related to order accuracy. Identifying and escalating any discrepancies to the sales professional who submitted the document and working with them to correct errors. Communicating effectively with internal stakeholders to address inquiries related to sales entries. Providing administrative support to the sales team, including maintaining customer records, updating contact information, and assisting with customer inquiries. Verifying ownership of the agreement for sales and commission credit has been entered correctly in PestPac as well as tracks any Tech and customer referral credits. Generating and analyzing sales reports as needed. Assisting in preparing periodic reports for management to track sales performance and trends. Setting up the service accounts for new customers. Verifying payment information has been received and processed. Creating and scheduling service or work order for technicians on the initial service. Following up with customers after the initial service has been completed by the technician for quality purposes. Providing support to other departments as needed. Our Requirements: High School diploma or equivalent. Previous experience in sales support, order entry, or a similar role is preferred. Must have excellent written and verbal communication, with emphasis during telephone calls, follow-ups, and correspondence. Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook required. Reliable transportation to and from work. Ability to calculate basic math. Must be able to pass a seven-year criminal background check.
