
Twin Cities Siding and Roofing Canvasser
We are hiring canvassers to join our team! In this role, you are the face of Twin Cities Siding and Roofing in the neighborhoods we serve, playing a critical part in helping homeowners take the first step toward improving their homes, whether it's a new roof, gutters, or siding. This role is not just about knocking on doors; it's about building trust, starting meaningful conversations, and offering real solutions to real problems. Our primary goal is to generate quality leads and set appointments for our expert design consultants. Essential duties and responsibilities include: Generate leads through our neighborhood marketing program in a cost-effective manner. Schedule appointments for home improvement projects such as roofing, siding, and remodeling. Set appointments at specific dates and times where all property owners and/or spouses are present. Allow sufficient time for project estimation, inspection, and pricing delivery. Record and submit all leads in the CRM immediately after each conversation. Update the team in the Teams chat promptly after each lead submission. Mark doors in HailTrace after each visit. Maintain communication with the team lead regarding campaign changes. Work schedule: Late spring/summer canvassing hours: Monday to Friday: 10:00 am
5:00 pm Saturday & Sunday: as needed only Fall/winter canvassing hours: Monday to Friday: 10:00 am
