Responsible for providing front line support for internal and external customers regarding quality and regulatory related inquiries and issues, and act as liaison between customers and other departments and functions.\nResponsible for supporting the projects and ongoing processes associated with Quality and Regulatory Services (QRS)\nFirst level triage of customer complaints and QRS email queue. Sort incoming emails quickly, identify duplicates, assign to relevant functions, identifying and escalating urgent quality and regulatory issues as needed according to QRS guidelines\nEscalate key customer and urgent inquiries to the correct department as needed on demand according to QRS guidelines\nWork with customers and internal departments (Quality, Regulatory, Sales, Business Operations, Scientific Support, Customer Service) to ensure customer satisfaction\nWork with cross functional teams including Scientific Support, Marketing/Communications, Business Operations, Sales, Quality and Regulatory, Customer Service on continuous improvement projects to delight our customers\nDaily priorities as well as timely positive professional communications to external customers, business colleagues and teams\nWork targets and schedules are met\nQRS guidelines and policies are followed, including use of email templates for customer communication\nEffectively, positively & professionally interact with internal and external customers\nDemonstrates cooperative daily positive interactions with Customer Service, Quality and Regulatory, Supply Chain, Scientific Support, Sales and Business Operations teams regarding distributors and customers' needs / requests\nAble to appropriately determine which inquiries and issues should be escalated, and follow escalation paths as defined by QRS procedures\nExperience:

At least 2-4 years of work experience in a customer facing role\nDemonstrated capacity for handling time sensitive varying customer requests and prioritizing/escalating tasks accordingly\nSkilled in all Microsoft Office applications. Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new systems.\nCustomer facing, manufacturing and/or Quality/Regulatory experience in medical device and/or clinical industries\nDemonstrated knowledge of quality and regulatory practices strongly encouraged\nCourteous, articulate and professional oral and written communication skills\nKnowledgeable in use of ETQ, Sharepoint, salesforce.com and PeopleSoft

THE ROLE:\nThe Customer Service Representative will be responsible for general customer service support primarily focused on providing part and pump price quotes, processing part and pump orders and assisting with warranty claim and invoice billing issues.

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES:\nTo perform the job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.

Perform Customer Service Support functions as the first point of contact with the customer.\nAdhere to ISO9001 Customer Service Procedures and Work Instructions.\nMaintain Quote Log and Production Order Log Tracking Database.\nUtilize the ERP-LX (Order Entry) system.\nProvide Part, Pump, Motor quotes to customers as required.\nAssist with Warranty claim Processing.\nAssist with Credit Memo / No Charge requirements.\nPreparing the customer communication folder.\nPerform Order Entry Processing and provide Order Status updates as required.\nProcess Change orders (address changes, schedule date, carrier changes).\nAssist Sales teams with customer support activities.\nUnderstand and perform Export Compliance tasks as required.\nInterface with the customer to assist in resolving AR Collections Dispute Resolution issues.\nOther duties as assigned by the Customer Service Manager.

QUALIFICATIONS:

High School Diploma.\nPrefer associates degree individuals or some level of college experience.\nStrong financial/accounting skills required.\nProblem solving skills and strong written and verbal communication skills required.\nMust be knowledgeable in MS Office applications.\n1-3 years experience
