Salary: 105,000–120,000 USD

Job Summary
The Sr. Director of Dining Services oversees day‑to‑day food service operations, manages a team of employees, maintains client relationships, drives profitability, and fosters talent development. This position is located in Charlotte, NC and requires living in the area.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate the department within the approved budget, maximizing value for clients.
- Ensure food quality meets superior standards.
- Direct safety, sanitation, and maintenance programs.
- Maintain excellent relationships with clients and community departments.
- Promote professional growth and development of the team.
- Integrate the dining service department with the facility's operations plan.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience.
- Minimum of five years proven leadership experience.
- Two to four years of direct food service operational management with inventory and purchasing knowledge.
- Strong knowledge of food and catering trends, quality, production, sanitation, food cost controls, and presentation.
- Knowledge of P&L accountability and contract‑managed service experience (desirable).
- ServSafe® certification is a plus.
