
As Associate Director, you will be the general manager for select key technology initiatives in NA.
You will lead the program management, prioritization, deployment, change management, and adoption of transformative digital products and technologies across the NA region. You will ensure business goals are met through digital solutions that accelerate Unilever’s growth. Collaborating with Global Product and other teams, you will ensure technology deployments are tailored to the market and deliver value across all Business Units— including Foods, Personal Care (PC), Beauty & Wellness, and Home Care.

Oversee North America technology requirements gathering and validationBring teams and stakeholders together to prioritize, build, deploy, and measure benefits from critical technology.
Define scope, goals, and timelines with stakeholders.
Represent North America technology needs in global product planning, ensuring local requirements and features are addressed. Collaborate with global product teams or third-party vendors on product builds. **Skills**

High emotional intelligenceExperience in supply chain Experience in FMCG, CPG, retail Knowledge of agile Pay: The pay range for this position is $146,200 to $219,400. Unilever takes into consideration a wide range of factors that are utilized in making compensation decisions including, but not limited to, skill sets, experience and training, licensure and certifications, qualifications and education, and other business and organizational needs.Bonus: This position is bonus eligible.Long-Term Incentive (LTI): This position is LTI eligible.Benefits: Unilever employees are eligible to participate in our benefits plan.
