5–8 years of sales recruiting experience in a fast-paced, high-growth tech environment 3+ years of hiring in technology sales Proven experience leading recruitment in at least 2 European countries Strong understanding of the sales profile to identify goal-oriented candidates Excellent communication skills to clearly articulate expectations and sell the opportunity Preferred Qualifications
