Coach and mentor agents through one-on-one and group sessions Lead training classes in person and via Zoom, focused on systems, sales skills, and mindset Guide agents in building lead generation consistency and conversion practices Support the implementation of CRM systems such as KW Command Track progress, hold agents accountable, and celebrate production goals Collaborate with leadership to grow the Productivity Coaching Program Continue personal development through ongoing training and masterminds Foster a culture of growth, accountability, and professionalism Qualifications

Active California real estate license required Proven success as a productive agent or team leader Prior coaching or mentorship experience preferred Strong communication and presentation skills Familiarity with KW Command or similar CRM systems Organized, dependable, and driven by results Passion for teaching, growth, and helping others succeed Compensation

$160,000 at plan commissions
