Work with buyer clients to refine their needs and wants based on seeing homes and then show them additional homes that meet those criteria Identify homes to show that meet buyers’ needs and budgets to help make more sales Gather information about potential homes and local communities so you can answer buyer questions Respond to all buyer client phone calls, emails and texts in a timely manner to provide superior customer service Coordinate and attend on-site property inspections with clients so process is smooth and timely Qualifications
Self-starter and able to work with minimal supervision Technologically proficient and able to learn new programs with ease Professional in attitude and appearance Real estate license required Sales communication experience Compensation
