Handle patient scheduling, appointments, and multi-line phone support Gather new patient data and track referrals Disseminate information to patients and act as a liaison between patients and physicians Send and log reports to doctors Collect payments and verify insurance Open and distribute mail to appropriate areas/people Send benefits paperwork to billing companies Coordinate scheduling and internal communications Answer phones and assist potential and current patients Schedule patients and coordinate evaluations, re-evaluations, reminders, and cancellations Collect new patient intake information and track clinic referrals Fax reports to physicians and maintain a log of incoming reports Verify insurance coverage and process copayments Monitor mail and track Explanation of Benefits for processing with billing Communicate with the office manager and clinicians about scheduling and patient arrival Monitor marketing campaigns and schedule appointments from generated leads Assist with credentialing new clinical staff with Medicare and other providers Develop and update content on social media outlets and provide feedback to marketing campaigns Perform other administrative tasks as needed Skills & Qualifications

High school diploma, GED, or equivalent Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation Strong communication and multitasking abilities; detail-oriented Positive attitude, good work ethic, integrity, and empathy Up-to-date driver’s license and dependable vehicle Experience with social media marketing EMR authorization and verification experience Medical reimbursements/billing experience Managing patient appointments and billing Managing marketing campaigns Processing medical credentialing Apply today to join FYZICAL franchise locations across the nation.
