Our brand‑new clinic near Cliffside Park, NJ is looking for a compassionate and energetic individual to serve as a Client Care Specialist. We are a hospitality‑based organization seeking to provide the highest caliber of rehabilitative services possible.
The position involves various important clerical roles at our reception desk including phone services, client registration, scheduling and payment collection. Candidates must have exceptional interpersonal skills, a solution‑oriented mentality and a desire for ongoing growth. We are looking for a candidate who reacts well under pressure; can multi‑task, is detail‑oriented, and treats others with respect and consideration. Computer skills required include knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel. Prior experience with Electronic Medical Records systems is a plus.
