This is a Part Time Remote Position-24 hours per week Compensation Range: $28.16 to $42.24

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND BASIC DUTIES

Position-Specific Performance Expectations, Duties, and Responsibilities

Develops an understanding of the organization, community, and region to enhance recruitment opportunities with digital marketing and candidate retention.

Develops and executes comprehensive digital recruitment strategies aligned with organizational talent acquisition goals.

Assists Human Resources with managing job postings and employer dashboards within platforms such as Indeed and LinkedIn.

Posts, updates, and optimizes job listings based on hiring priorities and performance data.

Works with Human Resources to monitor applicant flow and make tactical adjustments to improve results.

Collaborates closely with Human Resources to understand staffing needs and develop targeted recruitment strategies.

Reviews, strategizes, launches, and assists Human Resources with paid job campaigns across recruiting platforms.

Tracks recruitment advertising spends and basic performance metrics, including views, clicks, applies, and cost per applicant.

Provides simple, consistent performance reporting.

Coordinates with Human Resources on requisitions, role priorities, and posting timelines.

Collaborates with Human Resources to ensure digital recruiting activity aligns with current and upcoming hiring needs.

Works with Human Resources to maintain organized tracking of open roles, campaigns, and candidate pipelines.

Supports pipelines for hard-to-fill or recurring roles.

Creates and updates functional recruitment content, including job postings, platform copy, and basic outreach materials.

Ensures accuracy, clarity, and consistency across all recruiting platforms.

Collaborates with internal marketing when assets or approvals are needed.

Stays current with digital recruitment trends, emerging platforms, and best practices in talent acquisition.

Ensures brand consistency across all recruitment materials.

Creates compelling multimedia content (graphics, videos, testimonials) for employer brand storytelling.

Performs other duties as assigned.

Actively contributes to departmental and organization-wide performance improvement and continuous quality initiatives.

Ensures compliance with all regulatory requirements, maintaining adherence to departmental, hospital, state, and federal standards and policies.

Follows all infection control, safety, and risk management procedures to maintain a safe environment for patients, the public, and staff.

QUALIFICATIONS

Must be at least 18 years of age (21 for positions requiring driving, with a valid driver’s license).

Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.

Must successfully pass a background check.

Must successfully pass a pre-employment drug screen and breath alcohol test (if applicable).

Must complete an Employee Health meeting prior to starting employment.

EDUCATION, LICENSURE(S), AND CERTIFICATION(S)

Required Preferred: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Human Resources, Communications, or related field.

EXPERIENCE

Required Preferred: Prior experience in recruiting, talent acquisition, or recruitment marketing.

Hands-on experience using recruiting platforms, such as Indeed, LinkedIn, Glassdoor, ZipRecruiter, or industry-specific job boards.

Prior experience with paid recruitment campaigns and basic performance reporting.

Organized and reliable, with the ability to manage multiple recruitment strategies.

An analytical mindset focused on efficiency, throughput, and measurable outcomes.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to craft compelling recruitment messaging.

Proven ability to work collaboratively across departments and with diverse stakeholders.

Knowledge of SEO best practices for recruitment content.

Familiarity with social media recruiting strategies and employer branding.

Experience with programmatic recruitment advertising.
