Seeking a highly skilled and experienced
Commercial Account Manager
to join a team in a full-time capacity. This role involves managing and supporting a commercial book of business, ensuring exceptional service delivery, and identifying opportunities for growth. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in commercial insurance, with the ability to independently handle day-to-day servicing, renewals, cross-selling, and policy changes with precision and professionalism.

Responsibilities
Manage and service an assigned book of commercial accounts
Handle renewals, endorsements, certificates, audits, and policy changes
Gather and review underwriting information to ensure accurate policy ratings
Conduct thorough coverage and exposure reviews during renewals
Process vehicle additions and deletions, ensuring all required documentation is obtained
Communicate professionally and promptly with carriers and clients
Identify coverage gaps and cross-sell additional products when appropriate
Maintain accurate and detailed documentation in the agency management system
Qualifications/Requirements Required:
3–4+ years of hands-on commercial lines experience
Strong understanding of:
All commercial lines of business
Common underwriting requirements and exposures
Proven ability to independently manage renewals and mid-term changes or additions
Knowledge of required information for vehicle changes and policy endorsements
Excellent organizational, communication, and follow-up skills
Active insurance license
Preferred
Agency experience
Experience working with multiple carriers
Currently employed in a similar commercial insurance role
Familiarity with ACORD forms, Excel, and Microsoft Office products
