Obermeier-Sheykhet Architecture, Inc. a design-oriented, award-winning firm is looking for a talented and motivated Intermediate Architectural Designer/Production Captain to join our team. If you have a passion for design and the technical skill to lead the production of high-quality construction documents, we want to hear from you. As a key member of our firm, you will contribute to all phases of project development, from conceptual design through construction administration, working closely with project managers and clients. What You'll Do
Develop design concepts and prepare presentation materials. Produce comprehensive construction documents. Coordinate seamlessly with engineering consultants. Participate in client meetings and contribute to project proposals. Utilize Revit (essential), AutoCAD, Twinmotion, and Bluebeam for design and documentation. What You'll Bring
Bachelor\'s or Master\'s degree in Architecture. 5+ years of architectural firm experience is preferred. Strong proficiency in Revit is essential. Solid understanding of building codes and construction practices. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills. Ability to excel independently and within a collaborative team environment. Experience in commercial, multi-family, and hospitality project types is a plus.
