
The Fractional Recruiter will provide scalable recruiting support on a part-time basis. In this role, the Recruiter will source, screen, interview and coordinate the offer process while ensuring a positive and professional candidate experience. This position will partner with hiring managers to understand talent needs and deliver high-quality candidates across a wide range of positions.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES and RESPONSIBILITIES:
Support HR Partner in recruitment, interviewing, and onboarding as needed and recommended. Analyzing, proposing, and administering recruitment and retention efforts that ensure Sure Controls is an Employer of Choice. Proactively source candidates using multiple channels, such as job boards, networking, social media, referrals, and talent pipelines. Optimize recruiting processes, offering best practices for interviewing, communication, and candidate experience. Draft job postings and ensure they reflect accurate role expectations and align with Sure Controls branding. Communicate with candidates throughout the hiring process to ensure a professional and engaging experience. Provide weekly updates and track KPIs, as needed. Other duties as assigned. Education:
Associates or BA/BS Degree in Human Resources or equivalent Experience and/or Training:
1 year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience in talent acquisition or human resources. Strong Communication skills (listening, questioning, speaking), Time Management skills. Technology/Equipment: Computing/Software Skills including Microsoft Office Suite. PHYSICAL AND MENTAL DEMANDS:
Sit or stand for extended periods of time. Speak and hear communications. Occasionally lift or move up to 25 pounds. WORKING ENVIRONMENT:
The noise level in the work environment is from quiet to moderate. Occasional remote work may be an option for this position.
