Parking is located off of 14th St. between Union and Madison and connected to the Chloe on Union building. When arriving at the leasing office contact the leasing office through the call box and you will be buzzed in. Position and Interview Details

The Leasing Consultant utilizes proven sales techniques and customer service skills to manage the sales process, from start to finish; presenting Equity Residential communities in a compelling way, overcoming objections, building rapport with prospects and residents, and providing a high level of customer service to support lease renewals. This position reports to the Community Manager. Travel between assigned communities may be required. What You\'ll Need To Thrive

Customer Service and Sales experience preferred. High School diploma or equivalent. A valid driver\'s license, good driving record, auto insurance, and reliable transportation is required if the employee will operate a motorized vehicle (e.g., car, golf cart) during their workday and/or as part of their role. Computer literacy and effective communication skills. Must be able to effectively communicate both orally and in writing in English for all work-related purposes. Knowledge of federal and state apartment housing laws. Availability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends. Office team employees, with limited exceptions, are required to use their own smartphone to perform certain aspects of their job. The device must have updated software and must be password-protected and compliant with in-house security systems. Ability to use the computer effectively and read written communications. Ability to lift, push, pull or carry up to 15 pounds for the dissemination of documents, supplies, materials, etc. to various locations throughout the office/facility. May be required to climb stairs depending on the property structure. Our Approach and Benefits
