Time Commitment:

Full-time (35-40 hours/week) Additional Role Requirements:

On-Site (must live on the property) The Resident Manager is responsible for overseeing and facilitating the daily operations for two hotel-style properties in our San Francisco market, with the added requirement of living on the property itself. As a Resident Manager, you will have end-to-end ownership over the on-the-ground operations and everything the Kasa guest will experience during their stay. This role involves collaboration with a diverse group of Kasa teams, overseeing vendors, and working closely with property owner(s). You are responsible to provide a 5-star stay experience for Kasa guests, including responding to inquiries and handling issues in partnership with Kasa remote teams. You will ensure properties are clean, safe, and well-maintained, including common areas and individual units to Kasa brand standards. You will conduct regular inspections, manage work orders, and coach on-site vendors, identifying opportunities for improvement and prioritizing key objectives. A typical schedule for this role is based on business needs in your market, sometimes including nights and weekends, and holidays, as we are in the hospitality industry. While you are not on-call 24/7, during emergencies you may be contacted, and if available you will be compensated above state requirements to a minimum of 2 hours overtime on defined days off or after working hours.
