Overview
This role focuses on greeting, helping and thanking our customers, and preventing loss at the store entrances. The role includes verifying purchases, assisting with returned items and keeping our entrances safe and secure.
Responsibilities
Greet customers and assist with their needs at store entrances.
Thank customers and contribute to a positive shopping experience.
Prevent loss by monitoring entrances and verifying purchases.
Assist with processing returns.
Compensation
The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location.
Hourly Wage: $14 - $27 per hour (subject to minimum wage requirements).
Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance incentives.
Premiums may be paid in amounts ranging from $0.35 to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances. Premiums may be based on schedule, facility, season, or work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if applicable criteria are met.
