What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Order and review loan due diligence documents while safeguarding the Bank’s interests from approval to funding
Coach and mentor Loan Closing Specialists I and II while providing updates on their progress
Lead closing kick-off calls and serve as the primary contact for borrowers and Bank personnel regarding loan inquiries
Assemble and maintain accurate loan files, ensuring all necessary documentation is complete and compliant
Collaborate with borrowers, attorneys, and third parties to facilitate timely loan closings
What is Required (Qualifications)
High school diploma or GED
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize workload effectively
Excellent communication skills and a professional, confidential disposition
Detail-oriented with a high degree of accuracy in work
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
College degree in business or finance
5-10 years of experience with SBA and/or USDA loans
5-10 years of legal or lending experience
