Market Relationship Banker

Old National Bank is seeking a Market Relationship Banker to join our Community Banking Team. This position is unique; it will allow you to work at several different branches, giving you the opportunity to know the personalities at each location. The Relationship Banker develops and cultivates long-term client relationships by providing insight, advice, and personalized financial solutions for their clients. Responsibilities include retaining and deepening existing client relationships through cross-selling, establishing new banking relationships, referring clients to product partners (e.g., Mortgage, Investments, Small Business, Treasury Management, Merchant Services, Private Banking, Wealth Management, Commercial), educating clients on digital solutions, providing account servicing and maintenance, resolving client servicing issues, and processing. Relationship Bankers participate in community outreach and service with community organizations. Salary Range The salary range for this position is $17.00/hr. - $27.50/hr. The base salary reflects compensation applicable to all levels of the role across the United States; actual offers may vary based on responsibilities, candidate skills and experience, educational qualifications, and geographic location. Develop and grow client and prospective client relationships by understanding needs, educating, and advising on product and service alternatives that align with financial objectives. Cross-sell products and services and refer to business product partners to meet client needs. Maintain contact with client base through proactive touch points (on-boarding, service follow up, etc.). Sales and Service Targets
Market a full range of consumer and small business banking services through proactive techniques (lobby engagement, outbound calls, campaigns, events); may participate in outside sales occasionally. Maintain knowledge of products and services; apply to fulfill client needs. Seek coaching to develop service and sales skills and share best practices with the team. Operations Oversight
Resolve moderate to complex client issues using available resources across internal departments (Loan Operations, Deposit Operations, etc.). Educate clients on digital solutions (mobile, online, ATM). Execute sales, service, and banking transactions accurately and in compliance with policies and regulations. Follow fraud prevention procedures and stay updated on evolving fraud tactics. Key Competencies

Two levels of Relationship Banker based on experience, training completion, and performance. Roles may be based at a single banking center or support multiple centers within a market. Qualifications and Education
High School diploma or GED Minimum one year relationship-based client consultation and/or consultative sales experience (banking is a plus) Eligible to register with the National Mortgage Licensing System and Registry (NMLS) or currently NMLS registered Relationship Banker II Experienced bankers who completed RB training or have equivalent experience; NMLS-registered or eligible. Consultative sales and strong service to deepen client relationships. Meet or exceed account opening, lending goals, and referrals; may manage a client portfolio. Community involvement encouraged; complete Relationship Banker Development Program. Qualifications and Education (RB II): High School diploma or GED; minimum one year of relationship-based sales; minimum one year banking experience; NMLS registration or eligible to re-register.
