Responsibilities
Receive, inspect, and stock automotive parts and accessories
Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure proper organization of parts
Assist service technicians in obtaining the necessary parts for repairs
Provide excellent customer service to customers inquiring about parts availability
Process orders and manage returns effectively
Monitor inventory levels and communicate restocking needs
Keep the parts department clean and organized
Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent; automotive knowledge is a plus
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Basic computer skills, including familiarity with inventory management software
Ability to lift and carry heavy parts as needed
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively
Valid driver's license and a clean driving record
