Service Desk Technician
to join their Help Desk team. The company is transitioning service desk operations from a managed service provider back in-house and is expanding their internal support team. Role Responsibilities
Provide first-level technical support for end users via phone, email, and chat. Troubleshoot hardware, software, and account-related issues using the ServiceNow ticketing system. Technical Environment
O365 / Microsoft 365 Active Directory Windows 10 & Windows 11 ServiceNow (ticketing) Password resets, application support, phone support Team & Growth Opportunities
The organization has an established team of contractors supporting the Service Desk and has steadily expanded its ticket volume and user base over the past several years. They are actively working on building out structured support tiers and long-term career paths within the Infrastructure team. Required Skills & Experience
Help Desk / Service Desk Support Customer Service Troubleshooting & Technical Support Active Directory Office 365 / M365 Windows 10/11 Phone Support & Ticketing Systems (ServiceNow preferred) Experience Level: Intermediate Job Type, Location & Compensation
Contract position based out of Oshkosh, WI Pay range: $18.00 - $20.00/hr Benefits & Eligibility
