Answer incoming customer calls and schedule service appointments Assist with dispatching and coordinating technician schedules Manage data entry and maintain accurate records Communicate professionally with customers and team members Support overall daily operations in the customer service department Qualifications
Strong verbal and written communication skills Prior customer service experience (office or dispatch experience preferred) Ability to multitask and stay organized under pressure Comfortable using computers and learning software systems ServiceTitan experience is a plus, but not required Position Details
