
Entry Level Designer (Architecture)

Overview
This is an ideal opportunity for a recent architecture, interior design, or industrial design graduate who wants real-world experience, exposure to exciting commercial projects, and a clear path for professional growth. No prior experience needed. You’ll join a fast-growing design company that focuses on commercial projects. You’ll be part of projects ranging from modern office spaces and experiential environments to large-scale themed installations. If you enjoy design, working with drawings, thinking spatially, and turning design intent into real, buildable solutions, this role is for you. You’ll be working directly with drawings, 3D models, and real commercial projects from day one, surrounded by peers who are early in their careers and all learning together. What You’ll Do
What You’ll Do: As an Entry Level Designer, you’ll translate architectural drawings into buildable design solutions and accurate project scopes. A typical day includes: Opening architectural drawing sets (plans, sections, elevations) Identifying what the client is asking for and how design elements integrate into the space Using Rhino (training provided) to design and model areas Calculating quantities and assembling project layouts that support accurate pricing Collaborating closely with teammates to ensure clarity, accuracy, and consistency Learning internal systems and workflows used to move projects from concept to execution This role blends design thinking, technical precision, and collaboration making it an excellent resume-builder for anyone early in their design career. Training & Support Provided
This is an entry-level position, so you’ll start with a hands-on training period where you’ll learn more about design and how design gets built in the real world. Who This Role Is Perfect For

Degree (Associate’s, Bachelor’s, or Master’s) in: Interior Design Architectural Technology or a closely related field Ability to read and understand architectural drawings Strong attention to detail and willingness to follow established processes Clear communication skills and a collaborative mindset Experience with Rhino, AutoCAD, or other 3D/CAD software is a plus Apply Today!
