Overview
Insight Global's client is a French company that specializes in anti-Legionella and all-germ point-of-use filters for healthcare facilities and non-medical public buildings. They are looking for a new Regional Sales Representative to cover the Midwest region. Ideal candidates are local to Cincinnati, Dayton, or Columbus and surrounding areas, or Cleveland. They are seeking a strong hunter who emphasizes in-person meetings and breaking into new accounts. This role will be about 70-75% travel, including overnight stays within the territory, travel to the HQ in Chicago for training, and travel to large events such as conferences and tradeshows. Responsibilities
Generate and execute sales plans and strategies to sell infection prevention water technology to new accounts to meet defined territory revenue goals. Act as a sales leader to drive business in the Continental US. Take part in regional healthcare conferences, state department of health events, build relationships, and educate the market on waterborne pathogens. Ability to work in an innovative smaller company atmosphere. Work closely with large, strategic current and prospective customers to understand business needs and recommend continuous improvement and innovation plans that will maintain and grow revenue. Build strong relationships with Key Opinion Leaders. Build relationships with personnel in Facilities/Engineering, Infection Prevention, and Risk Management departments. Work with hospitals and regional hospital systems (IDNs) to gain opportunities, evaluations, sales and contracts for long-term sales. 3-7+ years of experience Experience working selling to hospitals or infection control environments Hunter mentality with strong experience cold calling and breaking into new accounts Experience generating leads Resilient and adaptable Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience Comfortable with up to 75% travel - Experience with a CRM (they use Nutshell) Experience with tradeshows or exhibitions
