Housr’s Account Executive – Brands .

We’re looking for a high-energy, commercially driven AE to own the expansion of Housr’s

brand and perk partner ecosystem

— bringing local and national businesses onto the platform to enhance the student experience and unlock value for our university partners. This is a revenue-driving role focused on building partnerships with

food & beverage, fitness, retail, lifestyle, and service brands

that want direct access to the student market.

What this role has to offer

You’ll play a key role in

Housr’s North American expansion , helping us build dense, high-quality perk marketplaces in new university cities.

You’ll work a mix of

outbound prospecting and inbound interest , with new opportunities created as markets launch.

Your territory is a wide-open

— new cities, new brands, new verticals.

You’ll sell a product that gives brands

direct, measurable access to students

at the moment they’re choosing where to live.

You’ll have real ownership: the partners you sign directly increase the value of Housr’s platform for students, properties, and universities.

What you’ll do

Own the Brand & Perk Partner Sales Motion

— Run the full sales cycle from prospecting to close as you bring new brand partners onto the Housr platform.

Build Perk Marketplaces in New Cities

— Identify, prospect, and sign local and regional businesses in new university markets to create compelling perk offerings for students.

Sell Value-Driven Partnerships

— Position Housr as a powerful customer acquisition and retention channel for brands looking to reach students in a targeted, measurable way.

Expand the Housr Brand

— Be the face of Housr to local businesses — building relationships, attending local events, and helping brands understand the long-term value of the ecosystem.

Refine Best Practices

— Help build Housr’s

brand partnerships sales playbook

— from pitch decks to pricing strategy to onboarding workflows.

Collaboration for the Win

— Work closely with marketing, GTM, properties, and customer success teams to ensure partners are launched smoothly and see real value.

Blast Through Sales Targets

— Achieve and exceed quotas as you help scale Housr’s perk marketplace across North America.

What we're looking for

You have experience selling to

local businesses, multi-location brands, franchises, or SMB/mid-market partners

in the US or Canada.

You’ve worked at a

high-growth startup

or fast-moving sales environment before.

You’re comfortable running a

high-velocity, full-cycle sales process , often with founder- or owner-led buyers.

You are an expert communicator — confident pitching to brand owners, operators, and marketing leaders.

You are aggressively curious — you quickly understand a business’s goals and tailor partnerships accordingly.

You are motivated by ownership, impact, and exceeding targets.

Interview process We aim to move quickly and keep things straightforward.

Intro Call (30 minutes)

A conversation with a member of our team to get to know you, walk through your background, and align on role expectations.

Sales Deep Dive / Case Conversation (1 hour)

A practical discussion with sales leadership focused on how you approach outbound selling, deal velocity, and partner value.

Sales Task + Presentation (1.5 hours)

You’ll walk us through how you’d launch perk partners in a new university market — from prospecting to close.

Final Conversation with Leadership (45 minutes)

A conversation to align on vision, ownership, and long-term growth at Housr.
