Head of Property Partnerships , you’ll own one of Housr’s most critical growth levers: building and scaling the supply side of our marketplace by securing partnerships with
national student housing operators, regional groups, and local property owners
at every new university we launch. This is a senior, hands‑on role where you’ll
build the strategy, define the process, lead execution, and close deals yourself
— all while being accountable for hitting property partner targets market by market.

Own Housr’s property partnership strategy across North America.
Build the playbook and repeatable process for onboarding property operators at new campuses.
Operate as a player‑coach, managing an Account Executive while still leading many deals directly.
Work across a massive greenfield — new cities, new universities, new operator relationships.
Sell a product that is fundamentally different from anything else in the student housing ecosystem.
Have real ownership: the partners you sign directly unlock new markets and fuel downstream growth with universities and students.
What you'll do
Own the Property Partnerships Strategy
- Design and continuously refine Housr’s approach to acquiring national, regional, and local property partners as we expand into new university markets.
Hit Property Partner Targets
- You are accountable for ensuring each new campus launches with sufficient, high-quality housing supply to meet student demand and university expectations.
Build & Lead the Property Partnerships Team
- Manage and support an Account Executive who executes day‑to‑day outreach and deal progression, while providing structure, coaching, and clear priorities.
Close High-Impact Deals
- Personally lead and close many of Housr’s most important property partnerships — particularly with large operators, anchor partners, and early market launches.
Build Supply in New Markets
- Identify, prioritize, and sign property operators city by city to support Housr’s university expansion strategy.
Manage Complex Deals
- Navigate multi‑stakeholder negotiations, custom commercial terms, and long‑term partnership agreements with property operators and ownership groups.
Refine Process & Playbooks
- Define Housr’s property sales motion — including segmentation, pricing frameworks, objection handling, onboarding workflows, and success metrics.
Expand the Housr Brand
- Position Housr as the go‑to platform for operators looking to increase occupancy, de‑risk leasing cycles, and deliver a better student experience.
Collaborate Across Teams
- Work closely with GTM, marketing, product, and customer success teams to ensure smooth launches and long‑term partner success.
What we're looking for
You have experience selling to student housing operators, property owners, real estate groups, or multifamily partners in the US or Canada.
You’ve built or scaled property, marketplace, or platform partnerships in a high‑growth environment.
You’re motivated by ownership, accountability, and building from zero to one.
You’re comfortable operating at both the strategic and executional level.
You’ve managed or mentored sales talent — or you’re ready to step into that responsibility.
