
A manufacturing company is seeking a Bilingual Sales Support/Customer Service specialist supporting clients.
Work You'll Do:
Answer phone and email requests, work with customer to verify all needed information to prepare correct parts quotes and orders
Locate parts in our systems and provide ship dates
Process orders and follow up with customers on the status and ship dates
Provide customers with accurate, actionable information either via telephone or email Communicate with our internal
Product & Solution Support teams as well as Inside Sales to determine customer needs and escalate issues when they arise
Tailor sales approaches to customers using results of business analytics including customer purchase patterns, machine ownership, key customer business needs
Respond swiftly and courteously to customer complaints or inquiries
Capture customer information, including addresses and phone numbers, contact name, equipment serial numbers for future follow-up.
Build rapport with customers through friendly, engaging communication
Partner with Sales, Service, Technical support and all Aftermarket teams to assure we provide the best customer service experience
Ability to work within Excel, Outlook and other internal systems to complete tasks
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Qualifications:
Must be able to read/write English and Spanish
10%-20% Travel
2+ years’ inside sales experience
Excellent verbal communication skills and telephone manner
Familiarity with Windows operating systems
