The VeriSight Intracardiac Devices Clinical Specialist will represent Philips VeriSight Pro 3D ICE (Intracardiac Echo Catheter) to Interventional Cardiologists and Electrophysiologists. Philips is launching an entirely new sales and clinical team to commercialize the VeriSight Pro 3D ICE catheter. VeriSight redefines how structural heart and EP procedures can be done, offering best-in-class 2D and 3D imaging. Your role

The VeriSight Intracardiac Devices Clinical Specialist is accountable for building, maintaining, and providing outstanding technical and clinical product support, systems support, and sustained education to health care providers (HCP) and allied health professionals (AHP) around the VeriSight platform. They partner with the VeriSight Regional & Territory Managers, and Philips collaboration efforts across Ultrasound, Image Guided Therapy Systems & Devices, Training & Education, Field Service Engineers, and Field Management to align activities with VeriSight business objectives. As an expanding and entrepreneurial business, this role requires autonomy, initiative and motivation to achieve individual and shared goals, a drive for high clinical aptitude, and a solutions-oriented selling and educational mindset, complemented by strong internal and external communication skills while upholding Philips values and a commitment to a world-class sales culture. Become an expert on 3D ICE use in multiple clinical procedure types, and use consultative education techniques to identify customer needs, support, and opportunities within assigned geographies in partnership with the Regional & Territory Manager. Support the evaluation of new products and provide clinical feedback to internal and external stakeholders. Provide ongoing support for company-sponsored clinical/marketing trials, registries, and educational events. Continuously improve clinical acumen, competitive product knowledge, and customer relationship/education skills to maximize case support, including pre/intra/post case support to drive VeriSight educational awareness and support, including new program launches and physician/staff training. You are a Registered or Certified Cardiac Sonographer (RCS) or Registered Diagnostic Cardiac Sonographer (RDCS) in adult or pediatric echocardiography lab with relevant work experience in the IC/EP clinical environment. You have 2+ years of experience in a clinical echocardiography lab, experience using ultrasound consoles (Philips EPIQ), and advanced clinical ultrasound/echocardiography knowledge of technology and the business landscape. You hold at least a bachelor's degree, or 4+ years of relevant professional work/military experience. Your skills include

Extensive knowledge of the medical device industry and products, preferably within structural heart and/or electrophysiology therapies. Strong clinical and technical knowledge to engage physicians, clinical staff, nurses, department managers, and supply chain with a clear value proposition. Professional presence that influences results with internal and external stakeholders and the ability to determine customer needs and communicate them to Field Sales and Marketing Teams.

You are an effective and timely communicator, a self-starter with entrepreneurial spirit, a problem-solver who can think critically under pressure, and a dedicated learner. You must be able to perform the following minimum Physical, Cognitive and Environmental job requirements with or without accommodation for this Sales position. The ability to travel related to this role is required. Must be willing and able to travel up to 75% overnight locally, regionally, and nationally, sometimes on short notice. Total Target Earnings is composed of base salary + target incentive. At 85% to 120% performance achievement, the Target Earning potential is $154,000 to $190,000 annually, plus company fleet/car. Total compensation may be higher or lower depending on individual performance. Target Earnings pay is only one component of the Philips Total Rewards compensation package, which includes a generous PTO, 401k (up to 7% match), HSA (with company contribution), stock purchase plan, education reimbursement and more.
