About the role As Sales Manager Germany, you will work in close partnership with the Country Manager Germany, sharing overall responsibility for leading, developing, and expanding Titanium Gateway’s sales operations in the German market. This role is built on strong, trust-based teamwork – with the Country Manager, the German sales organization, and colleagues across the entire company. You will have freedom and own responsibility in how you drive the sales agenda, while always acting with the best interests of the German sales organization and the company as a whole in focus. You will further develop an already strong business foundation, drive new customer acquisition, and support long-term profitable growth. Together with the whole Titanium Gateway team, you will define priorities, ways of working, and sales strategy, and ensuring your part of the business will be a success. You will lead by example, set clear goals and structures, and personally engage in strategically important customers and key accounts. The role also involves close collaboration with production, warehouse, and executive management to ensure high delivery performance, commercial excellence, and long-term customer relationships. Titanium Gateway is a growing international company specializing in the stock and sales of titanium products and special alloys in the form of sheets, bars, and tubes etc. for critical applications within industries such as aerospace, medical, and defense. Responsibilities Develop and execute the German sales strategy together with the Country Manager Lead, coach, and develop the sales Drive new business development and manage key customer relationships Own sales planning, forecasting, and performance follow-up Develop sales structures, processes, and CRM usage Collaborate closely with production, warehouse, and management Contribute to the whole team on all positions We are looking for someone who Has several years of experience in sales leadership role, preferably in an international and close to our business environment.
