is seeking an experienced
Conference & Catering Services Manager
to oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of high-profile group, conference, and catering events. This role is ideal for a hospitality professional with a strong
hotel or resort conference services background , who excels at managing complex events while delivering exceptional guest experiences. The resort is experiencing
record-breaking group and banquet performance , offering a unique opportunity to join a high-performing luxury operation at a pivotal moment of growth. Key Responsibilities
Act as the primary liaison between clients and internal hotel departments to ensure seamless event execution Manage the
end-to-end servicing of conferences, meetings, and group events , from post-contract through final billing Prepare and oversee
Banquet Event Orders (BEOs), event diagrams, group resumes, and detailed function schedules Coordinate menus, room setups, AV, logistics, and external vendors to maximize both guest satisfaction and revenue Conduct pre-planning visits, client meetings, and on-site event coordination Monitor contracted revenue commitments, identify upsell opportunities, and manage attrition risks Collaborate closely with catering, banquet, operations, and finance teams to ensure service excellence and billing accuracy Candidate Profile
Minimum 2+ years of experience
in
conference and catering services
within a
mid-to-large upscale hotel or resort , or a high-level event planning company supporting group business Strong background servicing
high-volume group, conference, and banquet events Forbes or Five-Star luxury resort experience strongly preferred Proven expertise in
BEOs, event layouts/diagrams, group resumes, vendor coordination, invoicing, and final billing review Highly organized, detail-driven, and service-oriented with excellent communication skills Ability to thrive in a fast-paced luxury hospitality environment Willing and able to relocate to the Caribbean Reporting Line
