The Opportunity Leavitt Machinery is looking for a motivated

Inside Sales Representative

to join our team in

Seattle, Washington . As the Inside Sales Representative you will support our Outside Sales team, manage inbound opportunities, and actively drive rental and equipment transactions.

Responsibilities

Acting as a key partner to Outside Sales Representatives by managing quotes, follow-ups, and customer requests

Responding quickly to inbound rental and sales inquiries

Proactively following up on open opportunities to move deals forward

Matching customer needs with available fleet and inventory of new and used equipment

Maintaining margin discipline while delivering competitive solutions

Maintaining accurate CRM activity, opportunity stages, and customer notes

Tracking active quotes and ensuring timely follow-up; re-engaging past customers and warm leads to generate repeat business

Working closely with outside sales reps, operations, service, and parts teams

Ensuring smooth handoffs from quote to delivery

Helping prioritize inventory and fleet availability based on customer demand

Required Skills & Qualifications

2 to 5 years of inside sales or customer-facing sales experience

Experience in construction, equipment rental, or industrial sales is a strong asset

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities

Comfortable working within CRM systems and sales processes

A team-first mindset with a strong sense of accountability

The base pay range for this role is: $40,000 annually, with uncapped commission. Total on target earnings is estimated at approximately $100,000 in year one.
