What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Develop and implement strategic business plans for large and complex accounts to meet annual sales quotas
Manage account relationships and coordinate with internal stakeholders to resolve issues
Validate customer needs through a discovery process and present tailored GHX solutions
Conduct Strategic Business Reviews to expand product usage and identify additional client needs
Build a robust pipeline through lead generation and networking to achieve sales goals
What is Required (Qualifications)
Minimum of 8 years of sales experience, with at least 5 years in selling complex technical solutions
Proven track record of managing large, strategic accounts and exceeding sales quotas
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, for effective interaction with clients
Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field, or equivalent experience
Willingness to travel up to 75% of the time
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Previous experience in ERP sales and/or healthcare supply chain sales
Familiarity with various ERP systems and Salesforce.com
Demonstrated ability to articulate and sell complete solutions instead of just product features
