Location requirement: This role is in-person/field-based. Candidates must be able to commute to our Chandler, AZ office and travel to local client sites as needed.

Salary range: $82,000–$87,000 (annualized)
Achievable bonus structure

Work You Will Do As An ISOutsource Account Executive
Identify and qualify new opportunities through networking, cold outreach, and referrals
Own outbound engagement strategies and maintain a healthy pipeline
Analyze prospect needs and recommend tailored, value-driven solutions
Represent ISOutsource at industry/community events to build relationships and brand presence
Meet with prospects and customers locally to lead discovery, demos, and solution discussions
Create and present customized proposals and supporting materials
Partner with Marketing on account-based marketing (ABM) initiatives
Use data to improve conversion rates and overall sales effectiveness
Forecast monthly performance and contribute to revenue planning
Track and report progress against KPIs with actionable insights
Perform other duties as assigned
What We’re Looking For
A strong customer service mindset and consultative approach
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong time management and follow-through
Confidence working independently and collaboratively
A proven, measurable track record (goals vs. results, revenue, close rate, etc.)
Nice-to-have Experience
Familiarity with tools like HubSpot, Microsoft, ZoomInfo, Zoom, etc.
Experience scheduling appointments and presenting to decision-makers
Requirements
BA/BS in a related field or equivalent experience
2+ years of business development / sales experience
Valid driver’s license and insurance
Ability to travel locally to client sites as needed
