
Insight Global is seeking a Level 1/Level 2 Helpdesk Analyst to support a retail client on a 1-2 year contract. This role will focus on imaging and deploying hundreds of laptops for internal u as part of a Windows 10 to Windows 11 migration. The ideal candidate will have prior customer service experience and be comfortable collaborating with stakeholders to coordinate laptop replacements and provide basic end-user support. This position is 100% on-site, five days a week in Coppell, TX, with minimal travel to Plano, TX as needed.

Required Skills & Experience • Previous Level 1 or Level 2 Helpdesk experience • Strong customer service skills with the ability to interact professionally with stakeholders • Experience imaging laptops and supporting Windows operating systems • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume deployment environment
Nice to Have Skills & Experience • Associate's or Bachelor's Degree in: Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Information Systems (CIS), Network Administration
