Taylor Management is looking for an experienced Assistant Property Manager for a luxury high-rise in Jersey City. Responsibilities
Manage correspondence, including emails and phone calls, responding to resident inquiries in a timely manner. Assist in the preparation and distribution of community newsletters and communications. Maintain accurate records, files, and databases of community documents and homeowner information. Coordinate maintenance requests and communicate with vendors and contractors as needed. Support the Community Manager in various administrative tasks, including scheduling meetings and preparing reports. Assist with the planning and organization of community events and meetings. Qualifications
Previous experience in property management, administrative support, or a related field is preferred. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and property management software. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. A customer-focused mindset with a commitment to delivering high-quality service. Company Description
