We're seeking a
Customer Retention Specialist
who will own existing client relationships while identifying opportunities to deepen coverage, increase retention, and contribute to agency growth. This is a
hybrid service and sales role
where every conversation is a chance to strengthen trust and deliver value.

Manage and maintain relationships with existing customers Lead proactive outreach for renewals, policy reviews, and account follow-ups Identify cross-sell and coverage enhancement opportunities Educate customers on products and confidently recommend solutions Support claims follow-up and service requests with professionalism and care Maintain accurate documentation and collaborate with the team to hit retention and sales goals What You Bring:
Strong communication, persuasion, and relationship-building skills A service-first mindset paired with comfort in sales conversations Goal-oriented and motivated by measurable results Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities Previous experience in customer service, account management, or sales preferred Willingness to obtain Property & Casualty and Life & Health licenses (full support provided) Why Join Nick Romo State Farm:
