Our client, an industry leader in large-scale construction projects, is seeking a Construction Superintendent II to join their team. The role supports project execution and site management within construction operations. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership, excellent communication skills, and a proactive approach to safety and quality assurance. Responsibilities
Plan, coordinate, and control day-to-day field operations for assigned crafts and subcontractors. Interpret plans and specifications to ensure project scope is met efficiently. Manage field crews and oversee operation and maintenance of earthwork equipment. Champion worker safety programs and promote a culture of safety awareness on-site. Serve as a key member of the project team, providing support during pre-commissioning and systems completion phases. What’s Needed? / Qualifications
Experience in-field construction planning, execution, and project completion. Previous construction superintendent experience on major capital projects. Familiarity with construction materials testing procedures and ASTM standards. Willingness to travel domestically to project sites as required.
