Meet or exceed sales targets through key account management and competitive conversions in the healthcare market

Communicate clinical and product knowledge effectively to stakeholders

Assess customer needs and develop tailored solutions

Manage relationships with key stakeholders within targeted accounts

Execute effective territory planning and administrative duties

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required

Minimum of 3 years of outside sales experience; healthcare industry experience preferred

Self-motivated and able to work independently with a competitive and strategic mindset

Availability for overnight travel and flexible working hours (approximately 25-35% of time)

Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs and experience with CRM systems recommended

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in wound care and surgical markets

Additional background in Business to Business sales
