Responsibilities What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

Meet or exceed sales targets through effective account management and competitive conversions

Communicate clinical and product knowledge effectively to stakeholders

Assess customer needs and develop tailored solutions

Manage relationships with key stakeholders in targeted accounts

Execute sales processes and coordinate opportunities with customers

Qualifications What is Required (Qualifications):

Bachelor\'s degree required

Minimum of 3 years of outside sales experience, preferably in the healthcare industry

Familiarity with business-to-business sales is a plus

Must be self-motivated, independent, and possess a strategic mindset

Proficiency in Microsoft programs and experience with CRM tools recommended

Preferred Qualifications

Previous experience in wound care or surgical markets

Strong competitive drive and tenacity in a sales environment

Ability to adapt to overnight travel and flexible working hours
