National Lenders General Agency LLC is a growing insurance agency specializing in Collateral Protection Insurance (CPI) and automotive F&I products for lenders, auto dealers, and finance companies nationwide. We are seeking a motivated, detail-oriented professional to support and grow our sales operations. This role combines inside sales with sales coordination and account support, ideal for someone who enjoys closing business and keeping deals organized from start to finish.
Responsibilities
Sell CPI insurance and F&I products to lenders and auto dealers
Manage inbound and outbound sales calls
Follow up on warm leads and existing accounts
Prepare quotes, proposals, and onboarding documentation
Coordinate new account setup and product implementation
Maintain accurate CRM and policy records
Communicate with underwriting, compliance, and operations teams
Support ongoing account servicing and renewals
Qualifications
Inside sales, insurance, automotive, or Dealership F&I experience preferred
Strong phone presence and communication skills
Organized, detail-oriented, and process-driven
Comfortable discussing insurance and financial products
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
CRM experience preferred
Texas insurance license a plus (or willingness to obtain)
