Regional Sales Manager – West Coast , reporting to the Head of Beverage. We are seeking a go-getter Regional Sales Manager with a strong background in the beverage industry to grow our presence across the West Coast. The ideal candidate is passionate about Bars and Hospitality, confident in presenting high-quality products, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities
Develop and grow On-Premise sales (Hospitality Groups, On-Premise Chains, Bars, Hotels, Restaurants, Clubs, chains) through distributor partnerships and direct outreach Conduct in-person product presentations and training for bartenders, mixologists, and beverage buyers Develop strategic partnerships to support and build corporate beverage programs Host and participate in brand events (occasional evening or weekend work required) Develop creative menus with existing and new customers to feature Cocktails & Mocktails with our products Negotiate with bartenders and mixologists for brand and drinks visibility at the bars Represent the brand at key trade shows such as TOTC, BCB, BRE Manage territory sales planning, weekly reporting, and pipeline development Collaborate closely with distributor partners to meet sales targets Adapt messaging and strategies by market and product focus Report on a weekly basis to Head of Beverages Manage activations to boost brand awareness and use at bars, clubs, pool bars, beach bars and restaurants Qualifications
3–5 years of experience working with bars in the beverage industry (distributor or brand) Bilingual in English and Spanish (French is a plus) Strong communication and presentation skills, Confident, articulate and elegant in delivery Able to speak in front of large groups, communicate with clarity and impact, and effectively persuade, educate, and influence diverse audiences Energetic, open-minded, and self-motivated with a strong work ethic Comfortable working as part of a team and able to connect with colleagues, partners and customers in a personable and authentic way Good listener to understand consumer needs and deliver the right message and support Organized and MS Office proficient (Excell, Word, PPT) with office and admin tasks (reporting, planning) Based in Los Angeles, with flexibility to travel extensively (approximately 60% or more of the time) Must have a valid driver’s license, a clean driving record, and the ability to lift up to 15–20 lbs What We Offer
