Sales Representative
Our company is a family-owned, Texas-based, and prides itself on providing remarkable shopping experiences to our guests. The individuals selected for this position are experienced professionals that can function well as part of a team, but can effectively function independently. Position Summary
The Sales Representative is responsible for managing and growing a defined territory by developing strong customer relationships, maximizing product distribution, and increasing sales volume. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, understands the beverage alcohol industry, and can effectively engage with on-premise accounts such as restaurants, bars, hotels, and event venues. Key Responsibilities
Develop, manage, and grow a portfolio of on-premise accounts within the assigned territory. Build long-term partnerships with buyers, managers, and key decision-makers. Present and promote our spirits, wine, and bar-supply portfolio to drive distribution and increase sales volume. Execute sales programs, brand promotions, and market initiatives to achieve company goals. Monitor and analyze account performance, identifying opportunities for growth. Conduct regular account visits to maintain strong visibility and excellent service. Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and product knowledge. Collaborate with internal teams including operations, and supplier partners. Attend trade shows, tastings, educational sessions, and industry events as needed. Ensure all activities adhere to TABC regulations and company compliance standards. Qualifications
2+ years of outside sales experience preferred; beverage alcohol industry experience strongly desired. Strong understanding of spirits, wine, and bar-supply products is a plus. Valid Texas driver's license; must meet company driving requirements. Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. Ability to work independently, manage time efficiently, and meet sales targets. Self-motivated with strong problem-solving abilities. Comfortable using CRM software, mobile tools, and Microsoft 365 applications. Must be at least 21 years of age. Physical & Work Requirements
Regular travel within assigned territory, with occasional statewide travel. Ability to lift up to 40 lbs (e.g., cases of product, sample kits). Availability for occasional evening or weekend events, customer activations, or trainings. Compensation & Benefits
