Our company is a family-owned, Texas-based, and prides itself on providing remarkable shopping experiences to our guests. The individuals selected for this position are experienced professionals that can function well as part of a team, but can effectively function independently. The individuals selected for this position are responsible for order selecting and merchandising wholesale products daily. They ensure that we are expediting and stocking wholesale products for our wholesale customers. Responsibilities include: Knows and actively demonstrates, daily, our Company Mission Statement and our Core Values Correctly identifies product by sku, size, varietal, and rack bin location Make necessary notes on invoices to show variances changes, and out of stock products Maintains control and integrity of pull cart to ensure no product is removed until order is completely pulled Maintains neat and orderly product rack areas while order selecting Maintains pull cart staging area to ensure any order can be quickly verified upon checking Packs wholesale order products neatly without damage to ensure integrity of item at delivery Tags wholesale customers orders according to quantity of shipment Maintains security and proper usage of all TABC stamps utilized for wholesale customer orders Works with and maintains TABC stamp guns and machines Restocks supplies and utilizes equipment when needed to ensure replenishment of products in the racks Informs manager/lead of out of stocks or inventory variance on all items Works with and maintains computer equipment Assists in prep for inventory and assist in inventory process Practices teamwork and cooperation with coworkers Seeks to continually improve related skills and knowledge to contribute to profitability and productivity Undertakes responsibilities with care and attention to detail Lifts 50 pounds regularly and up to 100 pounds occasionally in each shift Properly utilizes a dolly and/or pallet jack Pushes or pulls 50-100 pounds regularly Efficiently carries out all the directives given by Management Team Works in accord with all safety regulations of Specs Family Partners and OSHA Possesses time management skills and is able to prioritizes tasks and meet the demands of the day Attendance and timeliness is required.
