AccountMakers has been engaged by a SaaS company to recruit an experienced Sales Manager to lead and scale a frontline sales team. This client is a technology-driven organization focused on delivering scalable software solutions to mid-market and enterprise customers and is investing heavily in building a strong, performance-oriented sales organization. Position Overview This role is ideal for a sales leader who thrives in fast-paced SaaS environments and enjoys coaching teams to consistent revenue performance. As Sales Manager, you will oversee a team of Account Executives and Sales Development Representatives, own pipeline health and forecasting, and help execute the company’s go-to-market strategy. You’ll be responsible for driving day-to-day sales execution while also contributing to longer-term growth initiatives, including territory planning, process optimization, and cross-functional alignment. This role works closely with Marketing, Customer Success, and Product to ensure strong lead quality, clear messaging, and a seamless customer experience from prospect to renewal. While the role is fully remote, occasional travel to Los Angeles is expected for planning sessions, team meetings, or company events.

Key Responsibilities

Lead, coach, and motivate a team of AEs and SDRs to meet and exceed revenue targets.

Conduct regular pipeline reviews, forecast accuracy checks, and performance assessments.

Execute and refine go-to-market strategies aligned with company growth goals.

Leverage CRM and sales analytics to inform decisions and identify improvement areas.

Partner cross-functionally with Marketing, Customer Success, and Product teams.

Identify process gaps and implement scalable sales enablement or automation solutions.

Support territory design, account segmentation, and expansion strategies.

What We’re Looking For

5+ years of sales experience, including 2+ years in a sales leadership or management role.

Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding quota in a SaaS environment.

Strong coaching, leadership, and performance management skills.

Experience managing full-cycle sales motions and complex deal pipelines.

Proficiency with CRM tools such as Salesforce or HubSpot.

Data-driven mindset with strong forecasting and analytical capabilities.

Excellent communication skills with the ability to present to senior stakeholders.

Comfortable operating in high-growth, evolving organizations.

Compensation The expected base salary range for this role is $100,000–$140,000, with on-target earnings (OTE) of $150,000–$200,000+, depending on experience and performance. The total compensation package may include equity, performance bonuses, and a competitive benefits offering.
