AccountMakers is actively recruiting an Executive Assistant to support the sales organization of a high-growth fintech company. This role is an immediate hire and will sit directly with the client’s sales leadership team, helping drive operational efficiency, execution, and alignment across revenue functions. Are you a highly organized, detail-oriented professional who thrives in fast-paced, revenue-driven environments? Our fintech client is seeking an Executive Assistant to support sales leaders and frontline sellers by managing day-to-day operations, prioritizing executive time, and ensuring smooth coordination across teams. In this role, you will manage complex calendars, coordinate internal and external meetings (including executive briefings and customer demos), prepare sales materials and decks, handle travel logistics, and serve as a key operational partner to sales leadership. You will also own meeting follow-ups, maintain CRM records for activity and stakeholder notes, manage expense reporting, and support recurring sales rhythms such as pipeline reviews, QBRs, and deal desk workflows. Success in this role is measured by seamless execution, strong communication, and the ability to anticipate needs so sales leaders can remain focused on revenue and strategic priorities. This role is remote in the Los Angeles area. Occasional local travel or schedule flexibility may be required to support executive calendars. What We’re Looking For

3+ years of experience as an executive assistant, sales operations professional, or administrative support partner. Prior experience supporting sales, revenue, or executive leadership strongly preferred. Exceptional calendar and email management skills with high attention to detail and discretion. Strong written and verbal communication with a polished, professional presence. Proficiency in Google Workspace or Microsoft Office; experience using CRMs (Salesforce, HubSpot) to log activity and notes. Comfort creating presentations, sales collateral, and executive-level reports. Ability to manage competing priorities and coordinate across cross-functional teams. Experience with travel booking, expense reporting, and light project tracking. Availability during Pacific Time business hours and flexibility to meet leadership scheduling needs. Create your profile today to be considered! Compensation

Compensation for this role ranges from $70,000 to $90,000 annually, with benefits and potential performance bonuses. This position is designed as a growth role, with progression into senior executive support or sales operations. How To Apply
